One-Year On-Site Service Contract
For ScanPlus Series Scanners
Located in the Continental
US (covers ScanPlus
system excluding the base/stand)

$1,995.00 per
year
Additional fees may apply:
If the scanner is located more than
100 miles from the nearest GTCO CalComp Certified Service Technician, a
Mileage Fee will be added to the contract cost. The Mileage Fee is
calculated at $4.00 per every mile over the initial 100 miles.
If the scanner is not currently under
warranty or service contract, it must be pre-inspected by a GTCO
CalComp Certified Service Technician prior to contract approval. A $400.00
Pre-Inspection Fee will be added to the contract cost. The actual cost of
parts used to bring the scanner up to factory specifications will be
determined after the pre-inspection has been completed, and will be billed
separately from the service contract.
Note: If a GTCO CalComp Certified Service
Technician has repaired the scanner within 90 days prior to the request
for a service contract, and the scanner is operating at factory
specifications, we will, at our discretion, waive the $400.00
Pre-Inspection Fee. Proof of repair and condition must be provided at the
time of request for a service contract (prior to proposal preparation).
Upon request, GTCO CalComp will provide
a Service Agreement and a Proposal for an On-Site Service Contract that
will outline the contract cost and any applicable fees. Once the proposal
has been signed and returned with payment, an on-site Pre-Maintenance
Check or Pre-Inspection will be scheduled. Upon completion of the
Pre-Maintenance Check or receipt of payment for parts used during the
Pre-Inspection, we will approve the On-Site Service Contract for a period
of one year.
